• Navigator: A dedicated trained nurse (navigator) supports patients and caregivers.
• Chat-bot function: assist patient and record the patient’s daily health status.
• Telemedicine consultation: the navigator schedules on-demand telemedicine consults with the primary physician or concerned medical oncologist, both local and international).
• Patient and cancer-type focused messaging function: event-triggered tumor board type functionality, where local and international specialized cancer-specific oncologists provide guidance on-demand. It’s an always-on tumor board functionality in the mobile app.
